1/2 Tablespoon flour
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon ground oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (1/8 teaspoon if you don't like a little heat)
If adding to beef:
3/4 cup of your favorite salsa (I use Whole Foods' Roasted Chipotle)
1/3 cup water
1 Pound of ground beef (if you're using it for tacos)
Mix all of the dry ingredients (flour to oregano) together.
Cook ground beef in a skillet and drain off fat.
Add the dry mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
Add salsa and water, and cook on low for about 5 minutes.
