Ingredients: Slices sourdough bread 5 year aged, white cheddar cheese (If I can't get to a cheese shop, use Kerry Gold Vintage Cheddar) Super thinly sliced, dry salami Directions:
Grate cheese. Butter the outside of the sourdough bread pieces. Heat a skillet. Add grated cheese, some sliced salami, and a little cheese on top of that. Add to the skillet and use a pan lid to rest on top of the sandwich. When lightly browned, flip the sandwich over. (probably easier in a panini maker, but I don't have one)
