Brussel Sprouts (cut in half)
Toss halved brussel sprounts, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (to taste) in a bowl.
Heat a skillet until hot and place sprouts face down. Cook until browned on the flat side and then turn over to cook the rounded side. Cook until desired tenderness.
This can also be done in the oven. Cook at 375ºF for about 20 minutes.
