Maybe a bit less) Basil gently patted down (washed, dried, and de-stemmed) 4 large cloves of garlic (roughly chopped) 45 grams (1/3 cup) of lightly toasted pine nuts (or walnuts) 1/4 teaspoon fresh pepper 1/4-1/2 teaspoon sea salt 140 ml (2/3 cup) of extra virgin olive oil (I used Costco's Kirkland brand) 90 grams (about a cup) of Grana Padano cheese (if you can't find it, use about 70 grams of Parmesan Romano and 20 grams of Pecorino Romano) Directions:
